Very disappointing customer service. We arrived on time and staff were present at the service reception desk, yet we were not attended to promptly. The receptionist was inefficient and failed to have the paperwork prepared when calling to say the car was ready for pickup, resulting in unnecessary waiting. We were then asked to move away from the desk and wait in the waiting area. Comfortable waiting area, but poor service overall.

Great experience at Colm Quinn BMW Galway. Got a low coolant warning on the way down from Dublin. Called in without any appointment on a Saturday and the staff could not have been more helpful. Even gave a complementary juice to our daughter. Thanks again to all the wonderful staff!
