Review edit on 02/07/2025: After receiving a follow up call from Colm Quinn and re booking a visit to reset board computer to recommended service interval and mini valet (they also added complimentary EGR valve check/replacement due to recall letter received from BMW) I can say that this is the level of service that BMW owners should get immediately. We all make mistakes, but the important thing is how we handle them, and they handle it great and to customer satisfaction. Highly appreciated! Thank you Fiona and Paul. 1st review left on 27/06/2025: Service was done without any issues but I was told that the car is going to be washed from inside and outside but eventually it looks like they didn't bother to wash it from the inside. No good for BMW service level 😕 😒 Oh yes, advised next service is due in either 2 years or 30k, but computer showed 15k or next June 2026.. 🤔
