Long overdue review here, but cant describe how happy i am with my i4 and want to thank the team from Colm Quinn Drogheda especially Robert for their guidance and support throughout the whole process before and after the purchase. Just got my first ever 330e and if it wasn’t for Robert I probably wouldn’t have gone with Colm Quin Drogheda. The minute you walk in to building you can sense business is running at high standard and best thing to notice it is sales people and front desk staff communication. This guys mean business, what I really appreciated and it’s very rare today in general in sales is that people don’t look directly at your eyes while having a conversation and in Colm Quinn this was the case & this means great deal to me, just goes to show how passionate someone is about their work , Robert did great job and what was supposed to be Saturday eve coffee check himself alongside Henry provided top notch service and plan for my first ever 330e, I really liked the way they were direct and on the point. Robert is bright young man with loads of experience and passion that will take him far in his career! Henry made sure process was smooth and fluent, in short period brand new car was mine and exactly what I wanted in terms of equipment and style! Thanks guys and hope to get many more cars off you!

I would like to especially thank Paul (Manager) from the service department for his professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer care. There was an issue regarding the interior car accessories that had been promised to me previously by other staff members and management but unfortunately had not been delivered as agreed. Paul took the time to carefully review the situation, listened to my concerns, and followed through on everything properly. What stood out most was his genuine commitment to resolving the issue rather than passing it on. He communicated clearly throughout the process and made sure the promised accessories were finally taken care of. It is rare to find someone who values customer satisfaction and pays attention to the small details the way Paul does. His helpful attitude and willingness to honour previous commitments restored my confidence in the service experience. I truly appreciate his effort and would like management to recognize the excellent work he is doing.

We recently purchased a BMW 520d Touring from Colm Quinn and traded in a similar model that was 4 years older. The whole process was smooth from start to finish.
