I recently bought a car from Colm Quinn’s and I would highly recommend them !! Igor was so nice to deal with , I only rang enquiring about the mileage and I thought it was a little out of my price range but Igor was amazing and very patient and helpful and returned all my calls immediately throughout the whole process .. A week later I drove my car home , 2 year unlimited mileage warranty from BMW. The staff were so helpful and efficient to deal with and I love my new car !!

Rob McGrath at Colm Quinn was exceptional to deal with. I've never received the same level of care in Dublin since my first purchase in 1995. Regrettably, 11 months after purchasing my X5 M50d from Colm Quinn Athlone I have been stunned by how little care and attention I’ve received. Unreplied to messages and phone calls for 6 weeks and eventually a request to do a 6 hour round trip from Dublin to assess the fault rather than order in part and repair while there. Then a second trip to fit the replacement part if required. I was also told that the fault would most likely not be covered under warranty and to say that when I brought the car in and to see what could be done for me. Visited a BMW dealer in Dublin today. Showed them the pic of the fault on my phone and from his desk the service advisor ordered a new part under warranty without even going to see the car in the carpark! The drama over nothing from Colm Quinn BMW has caused me severe stress. I’m absolutely stunned at their nonchalance towards their customers and will never visit their dealership again.

We bought a car from Quinn’s before Christmas, had an issue which was handled professionally and efficiently by Gavin in the service dept . Look forward to doing more business with them in the future .

Bought BMW X5 there few months ago (Colm Quinn BMW Athlone), sale went smooth enough. Was dealing with Sergei and Rob. 2 years warranty was included in the sale. Noticed the next day that ambiance lights and seat heating on the back seat is not working. Rang to book the car in and was waiting a month for the car to be taken in. Eventually car was collected and they told me car would be back in 4 days. 3 weeks later still haven't got a car back. They gave me a car replacement manual old 5 series, parking sensors not even working. Never even asked me if I can drive manual. So now instead of 7 seater X5 I have old manual 5 seater. Customer service is terrible Never call you back. You have to ring 20 times before someone calls you back. Holly the girl I was dealing with, absolutely no Customer service skills. Could be rude on the phone too. After, I was dealing with Gavin and the same thing, promised to call back and never did. Every time he had a new excuse why car is not ready. Absolutely terrible experience, such a bad service from the main dealer. Probably will be chasing my car for another few weeks. Felt ignored all the way through and such an unprofessional attitude to the customer. Not even returning our calls. All I could say just a huge disappointment.

Colm Quinn BMW Athlone. I ordered a new 520i in November 2024 and picked it up last week, 14-02-2025. I've had a great experience in dealing with Colm Quinn in Athlone and in particular Robert McGrath, Sales Manager. Robert is a pleasure to deal with, in particular, Robert makes sure that the vehicle you are interested in suits your needs and allows you make informed decisions rather than just pushing for a sale. In my years of buying various model cars from various notable dealers Robert stands head and shoulders above them all. Keep up the good work Colm Quinn and Robert, I'll be back again.
