Rob at Toyota Cogans was absolutely fantastic. He organised everything beautifully and took such great care of my parents throughout the process. They didn’t stop talking about how kind, patient, and caring he was, which really meant the world to me. Jill was also wonderful and made the paperwork side completely seamless. She was efficient, helpful, and so easy to deal with, which took all the stress out of the process. I’m incredibly grateful to both of them for making the whole experience so positive. Fantastic service from Cogans. I last minute cancelled my initial service appointment and they were very understanding. I got a full video of my cars service/condition status and parts that required replacement showing me the parts that were worn. I got a lovely brand new courtesy car. The staff were great and the cost was reasonable. I cannot recommend enough.
