From start to finish the whole service experience with Cogans is professional and efficient. Customer Service is priority. I love the service review from the mechanic who will let you know what has been done and if any additional jobs are need for you to review and agree before started. Car cleaned when picked up. Bad experience, took longer than told for this 1st service. The two issues that I had emailed about in advance were ignored. I would not recommend Cogans , will either go elsewhere or perhaps part company with our Toyota Corolla Cross, a reasonable car, not outstanding, but let down by the software.
