They were not able to give me a lower number from the full price or a higher value on the trade-in, and I was unfortunate to find some small esthetic issues (a tiny paint chip, a tiny esthetic scratch on side mirror housing, and few plastic panels not fully fitted) on my new Civic after the collection. Being a brand new car, I only did a brief check of the car upon collection as I wouldn't have expected to find any issues. Even so, I was very pleased with their flexibility and their prompt service to fix those issues on my few drive-ins I had back to the dealer.
