Without question, one of the worst car garages I've had the pleasure of dealing with. The little sales man is straight up like something out of only fools and horses with the way he always shifts blame on to the mechanics to try explain the 101 issues you'll be going back with. Proper farse of a setup. I'm sure he'll have a reliant robin up there yet for sale and try say it has 4 wheel drive. Save your money guys

Terrible in every aspect! I would STRONGLY advise anyone thinking about buying a car to look elsewhere and do not risk the same misfortune I and many others have had after buying here! Somewhere better, where staff are actually honest and cars are of decent quality. I don't believe this can be found at Casey's car sales. Sales team is what let's this place down most!

I purchased a 2016 Audi from this dealership, sold as fully serviced and inspected, and under warranty. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. Within a short period of ownership, the car has suffered multiple serious issues, including a corroded subframe, a brake caliper failure, a broken coil spring (both of which I had to pay for myself as warranty doesn't cover anything), and most recently a clutch/gearbox failure that has left the car undriveable. Each time I raised concerns, the issues were described as “wear and tear,” with the dealership relying heavily on the fact that the car passed the NCT. In my experience, this has been frustrating, as the NCT does not assess many of the components that failed, and the problems occurred within a very short timeframe after purchase. I understand that used cars can have issues, but for a vehicle bought from a dealer and described as fully serviced, I expected a more reasonable level of reliability and customer support, especially when the car became unusable. I’m leaving this review to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. They also send solicitors letters to remove bad reviews, so I'll be waiting for mine. BUY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
