I would give zero star. Ross showed no integrity. Ross and I came to a price for one of his cars. I was the 1st in line to purchase the car. Told Ross I would be in at lunch time to pay a deposit. He said ok. One hour before i got there he phones me and tells me the car is sold. No respect no ingrity. Not to be trusted. He broke a verbal contract.

Would give zero stars if I could. I bought a car from cartwrights in June only gave me a 3 month warranty and what would u know 3 and a half months later the car starts acting up a month later the car completely breaks down, at first Ross told me it was nothing to do with him the warranty was up but eventually sent someone to pick it up, couldn't tell me what was wrong with the car or which garage he took it to. Told me my car wasn't priority, kept telling me it would be ready for a certain day but when the day came wasn't ready. He had my car for 7 weeks brought it back today still no explanation to what was wrong with the car, and returned it with a massive crack across the windscreen and a broken horn. Refused to answer my phone call or return my messages. Horrible people to deal with. 7 weeks without a car as they refused a loan car . Do not buy off them it's not worth it. Update I've been without a car since November it's now April and I need a new engine.

Fantastic customer service! In all our years and through all our cars, probably the easiest and smoothest car purchase we have ever made. Gio was a total pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. We had purchased the car online, and then drove from Waterford to Tralee to collect it without seeing it in the flesh or driving it, but I need not have worried in the slightest. Absolutely delighted with it, it was even better in real life! Gio is an utter gentleman, a pleasure to deal with, and spoke to us both equally (which not all car sales people do!) and I would not hesitate to buy from them again, even though I am planning on keeping this car for a while ☺️
