I bought a Fiesta ST from Carroll & Roche. The car was nicely prepped and in their showroom. All the staff are friendly and obviously true car people, which creates a good atmosphere. Some interesting machines in their showroom too to pour over. I dealt with Seán who was a gent throughout. A few bits of work were agreed upon and the deal was done. I collected the car and was delighted to find a bottle of champagne and prosecco on the passenger seat, a nice touch! The agreed upon work was completed and everything was great. A persistent minor engine might and one or 2 other small issues over the following weeks were all dealt with by Seán without issue, which is the important thing as most cars have issues as they age. I couldn't be happier overall with the car and the service received. Carroll & Roche, recommended all day long!

Trawled the different websites for value for money and found this niche established dealer in a beautiful area of the pale. Start to finish Sean made us feel welcome. Had a deal done in no time at all with everything requested suiting both parties. These SME businesses are still what keeps this country going. Thanks again Sean and the guys for a great service. Just purchased a car and had a very easy, straightforward purchase. No messing about and got a lovely car at a great price. Delighted. Thanks again to Alan for looking after everything, have a lovely Christmas. Would recommend to all.

This was one of the worst and most stressful experiences I’ve ever had selling a car. I was promised €14,000, and based on that commitment, I moved forward with my new car transaction. However, the moment he realized I needed to complete the sale urgently, he suddenly dropped the offer to €11,000 right in the middle of the transaction. It felt like pure pressure and manipulation — almost like being blackmailed by the situation, because he knew I had no choice at that point. To make things worse, he then charged me €300 for a basic 3-pin charging plug, claiming he needed to change internal parts to resell the car. The car was still with him, and none of this was mentioned before the price drop. The whole thing felt deliberately planned to corner me. I walked away feeling taken advantage of, misled, and pressured. I would strongly warn anyone to stay away. This experience was completely unprofessional and felt intentionally exploitative.

Highly recommended, I was looking for a Lexus is300h for sometime and had contacted other garages but never got any replies even though phone calls Were Promised to me. From my first phone call to Michael Carroll I knew I was in the right place, Michael was extremely professional and returned my calls, he also asked me to send on some photographs of my trade-in, Michael said they will have no problem in accepting my trade in. I also got to speak with Sean also who again was extremely professional and diligent. My Lexus was given to me with a warranty and a service. A bottle of champagne and chocolates were in the front seat.. (nice touch) Genuinely nice guys, who want to do business. Thanks Guy's.
