Seán is a gentleman to deal with. We were searching for a specific car and found it with Carroll and Roche. Before travelling from Athlone, we had a few quick emails and questions with Sean and the team about the car, and with the info we got it sealed the deal. Sean's attention to detail, with timely updates and videos of the car was exceptional customer service. Above and beyond the normal service from any dealer I have used in the past. The car was presented in excellent condition, and we drove away the same day very, very happy with our purchase. The Prosecco and chocs went down well after the long drive home, a nice little touch of customer appreciation. We will definitely be recommending the team to all our family and friends. Trawled the different websites for value for money and found this niche established dealer in a beautiful area of the pale. Start to finish Sean made us feel welcome. I bought a Fiesta ST from Carroll & Roche. The car was nicely prepped and in their showroom. All the staff are friendly and obviously true car people, which creates a good atmosphere. Some interesting machines in their showroom too to pour over. I dealt with Seán who was a gent throughout. A few bits of work were agreed upon and the deal was done. I collected the car and was delighted to find a bottle of champagne and prosecco on the passenger seat, a nice touch! The agreed upon work was completed and everything was great. A persistent minor engine might and one or 2 other small issues over the following weeks were all dealt with by Seán without issue, which is the important thing as most cars have issues as they age. I couldn't be happier overall with the car and the service received. Carroll & Roche, recommended all day long!

I don’t know why this review is under my daughters name , anyway I’m Sharon , I spotted a lovely looking motor on DoneDeal advertised by this establishment, I sent a few txts and got immediate reply’s from Sean , drove to the garage to take a test drive where we met Michael who took it from there, we wanted to trade our car in and felt we got an honest and fair price , Michael was a pleasure to deal with and the sale went through quickly and efficiently. We have our motor over a month now , and are extremely happy . Good motor, good price great garage .

Bought an EV from Carroll and Roche and while initially disappointed that the car wasn't ready to drive away on the day of viewing it was worth the wait. Séan, who I dealt with arranged to get the car freshly serviced including 4 brand new tyres for when I picked it up. Also the Prosecco and Ferreros were a nice touch 👌
