I recently bought a car from BYD Wexford and had a fantastic experience, particularly with Nicky Furlong who looked after us throughout the whole process. As I had quite a long distance to travel to view the car, Nicky was incredibly helpful from the start. I had asked for quite a few specific details and videos of certain areas of the car before making the trip, and he was more than happy to send them on. The videos weren’t sales driven at all – they were simply responding to the questions and requests I had made. Because of this, I felt like I had almost viewed the car already and was comfortable travelling down with the genuine intention of buying. When we arrived at the garage, Nicky made us feel very welcome and completely at ease. The whole experience was relaxed and comfortable and never felt like a pressured sales environment. It really felt like we were being looked after rather than being “sold” to. Even after purchasing the car, the service has continued to be excellent. I had a few queries after leaving and the following day, and both Nicky and Eamon were extremely quick to respond and very helpful. Overall the communication and customer service from start to finish has been outstanding. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending BYD Wexford to anyone, and Nicky in particular was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

The after sales service has been 2nd to none. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and they always go beyond for customers.
