Outstanding Experience at BYD South Dublin! I had an excellent experience with BYD South Dublin and couldn’t be happier with the service. From the very first moment, everyone on the team — from the receptionist and sales staff to the mechanics and finance team — was incredibly friendly, supportive, and professional. I want to give a special shout-out to Eduardo, my “Boricua” friend! His support was absolutely outstanding. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable about cars, and always willing to help. He made the whole process smooth, clear, and enjoyable. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a BYD car — thank you, Eduardo, for all your help and dedication! I’d also like to thank Stephen and Gavin for their great support throughout the process. Their professionalism and kindness really made a difference. First day in the garage and a big welcome from everyone. I was unsure of what I needed and consequently had a few test drives under the guidance of Alan Furlong. A patient, knowledgable man who gave clear explanations for all I didn’t understand and consequently did the deal for Sealion 7 Excellence. Delivery as promised and all arrangements in place as expected. I am thoroughly enjoying my new car and Alan has been able to clarify a few things I couldn’t get my head around. I cannot recommend BYD and Alan highly enough. Old fashioned good service for the new fashion motor. Joe

I bought a 2 year old car from BYD south Dublin last year. It was not a BYD make. It’s fabulous and I love it. I bought it from Gavin Cousins. The whole process from start to finish was exceptional and I was never made feel inferior regarding the 10 year old car I was trading in 😉 11 months later I had an issue which was covered under manufacturers warranty. I dealt with the sales manager Alan Furlong this time- he took the car back, investigated the issue and arranged for a Hyundai main dealer to repair it. As it was over Christmas he loaned me a beautiful car so I wouldn’t be stuck. He has seen the issue through until completion and I felt comfortable contacting him recently when I damaged the car myself 🙈 and was looking for repair advise. He has gone above and beyond in terms of after sales service. Completely professional and helpful at every turn. I could not recommend this dealership enough. I have had only very positive experiences with them and will definitely be returning for my next car. Thank you Gavin and Alan Sandra McFarland

I was so impressed with my whole experience with BYD South. I bought a gorgeous BYD from a lovely salesman called Sam. He was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble to him. I have already recommended him to my friends that are looking to change their car. All the staff are so friendly. There is a lovely atmosphere in the showroom.

We had an exceptional experience with Pawel Walczak at BYD. His attention to detail and standard of care were outstanding from the very beginning. He took his time with us, answered every question with ease, and there was absolutely no pressure at any point only support, clear guidance, and genuine professionalism. Pawel walked us through all the ins and outs of the BYD Seal U DMI and then left us to enjoy the test drive on our own, which we really appreciated. It was far better than having a salesperson in the car and allowed us to fully experience the vehicle. We were incredibly impressed with both the car and the service, so much so that we decided it would be our next car. Having owned over 20 cars to date, we can honestly say this was the best customer service experience we’ve ever had. Pawel was fantastic from start to finish, and we can confidently say we’ll be back in the future. Thanks a million, Pawel you were just great. Ten stars all round!
