If you visit BYD South Dublin, make sure you ask for Eduardo. He’s charming, attentive, and manages to pull off that Glengarry Glen Ross sales vibe without ever making you feel like a chump. Joking aside, he truly understands the brand and knows exactly how to balance helpful attention without being pushy. We went in for a test drive on Saturday, and he made it a fantastic experience. Even though the dealership is incredibly busy and we had to reschedule our appointment, we never felt overlooked. He thoughtfully had the car parked right out front so we wouldn't have to navigate the busy lot, gave us a quick rundown of the best features, and sent us on our way. The car pretty much speaks for itself, but Eduardo's genuine warmth and desire to connect were incredibly refreshing—especially given how many people cycle through that lot. Thanks, Eduardo!
