John couldn't do enough to keep me mobile by providing me with a replacement car, and then when fault proved insurmountable, he gave me two options, a car to the same value, or my money back. Unfortunately he didn't have a suitable car in stock although I would have been happy to buy from him again. He gave me my money back, no quibbles, no argument and no bad feelings. I will certainly use John again and will recommend him to family and friends without hesitation

It's a bit rare to get top class service in the used car trade and I feel it should be publicized. I bought a car from John, He didn't 'sell' or 'push' it, just showed me what it was. Unfortunately, some issues occurred shortly afterwards however, he stepped up promptly and went beyond what one might expect to help me and resolve the matter.
