I bought a new Ford Kuga recently from Bright motor group Navan road. I dealt with Rob Mulroney. I found Rob to be both personable and professional in my dealings with him. He was welcoming attentive patient and gave me all the necessary information I required to make my decision. I never at anytime felt any pressure to buy. It was a pleasant smooth and easy experience. Had booked my DS in for a mandatory recall. Darragh looked after everything for us. Travelled up from Galway. The car was also due a service which Darragh kindly fitted in for us on the day. Darragh was extremely professional and highly efficient. Superb service, thank you Darragh and all at DS Bright Motors.

I called and brought my car in for a specific hardware issue that was reading plainly as an error on the dash. I told the serviceman what the issue was and he told me it was going to be 300 euros to "run the diagnostic." When I picked the car up I was told it was going to be an additional 480 euros to install some software that may or may not fix the issue, and that I was being charged €280 for "service to the car" for an oil filter I didn't ask for and could have refused. Apparently the €300 the serviceman originally quoted was optional and they changed my oil and did a bunch of service I didn't ask for or need and then charged me for it. Don't come here.
