Our 252 registered vehicle has been off the road for the past 3 months due to electrical problems. We are very disappointed with the poor level of service from Brights and Peugeot Ireland. They don’t appear to be aware or indeed care about client service - let alone - consumer rights, My partner, who uses the vehicle, is disabled and this situation has been extremely stressful for him. I have lost confidence in the dealer’s ability to repair the problem and when I requested a replacement vehicle as per the warranty agreement I was informed that there would be a financial cost to us which is unacceptable since we bought the vehicle new less than 10 months ago. This is an untenable situation that Bright Motor Group either do not comprehend or acknowledge. I cannot recommended this garage.

He was welcoming attentive patient and gave me all the necessary information I required to make my decision. I never at anytime felt any pressure to buy. It was a pleasant smooth and easy experience.
