I had a service appointment here and wanted to share a heads-up for others: make sure you arrive exactly on time! I was 30 minutes late for my slot, and unfortunately, they weren't able to squeeze me in and had to turn me away(drove more than 30minutes just for this also booked day off from work so not the happiest + first service with them) maybe to keep their other appointments on track; IDK. While I was disappointed and upset they couldn't find a way to fit the car in, I appreciated that they were proactive on the phone and immediately helped me rebook for another date. If you're booking here, just be aware that their schedule is very precise—don't count on a grace period! I'll pop an updated review post service experience and after a month thats the closest then could book me back in.

Great experience buying my car here. Noreen was professional, helpful, and made the whole process quick and smooth while keeping me informed throughout. As a woman, I really appreciated being treated with respect and taken seriously, which isn’t always the case in car sales. Noreen was kind, patient, and made sure I was happy with everything. I Just serviced my Rav4 today 15 August. All went well. Excellent customer service 👏 Great Technicians. But They offered me free car wash. My mistake was that I took the free service.. Please do not offer free car wash if you are going to give your worse service. There are White soap marks all over the body. I came all the way from Galway for service. I wash my car today morning with and i did ceramic coating. I will attached a photos as well. I am sharing this only for that they should work on this. If you are providing such thing.. do it with proper dedication. It was 4 PM I know you guys were closing Its not our mistake I have given my car on 1 13 PM My appointment was on 1 30 PM. Still you were in that much in hurry and you guys did that job.

I bought a toyota minibus off niall in brian geary toyota limerick and by golly what a man to deal with .from the very start he made everything so simple for me and sent me photos of the bus immediately and we had a deal done very quick .I had to get side glass changed as original glass was tinted and he said no bother i can get that done here for you and he did and sent me photos after it was done.i have never come across a salesman and customer care to detail man like him in my time and he definitely deserves 10 out of 10.and a huge asset to brian geary motors. Careful while dealing with them. They sell Japanese import cars which lacks security aspect and prone to theft. They cheated me by saying immobiliser fitted in the car by just putting a sticker on the window.
