From the moment I walked into the Waterford showrooms to look around I felt nothing was an ask. From the receptionists who always had a welcoming smile and gave their attention immediately,, to the lovely lady keeping the showroom immaculate with a smile and can I help you with anything while you are waiting. The sales team were not pushy but very knowledgeable and had no problem me test driving many of the vehicles before I came to a decision. I was in and out like a yoyo before deciding. I dealt with Roger for the financial side. No matter what query I had he communicated immediately. For the final stage of car exchange I dealt with Dominik. He was absolutely fantastic to deal with from start to finish. No matter what I needed help with he immediately responded. I would definitely be happy to return when I change my car in the future.

We've just finalised our transactions with Bolands and driven home in our first electric vehicle, BMW ìx2.
