Recently purchased a car from this garage. I had a great experience from start to finish. I mainly dealt with Wazzie (apologies if spelt wrong), the level of customer service was amazing. Not the place to be here again. Visited thrice to get an electrical fault fixed. Didn’t get it fixed. Today I had appointment at 11 o’clock. I thought I’ll be late. So called the office. at 10.20 and the person who received the call said no problem. When I reached there the fellow talked rudely and asked to get another appointment. When I refused he threatened to not open the gate to take my car back. Finally, he opened the gate because the road was getting blocked. It was a nightmare. This is not the place to be here again.

I've always loved Mini Cooper's since I was a kid, I had my first Mini Cooper Clubman in my first year in Ireland, but I wasn't satisfied with it, I needed a real beast! So I found this place on the internet, this shop has the only Mini Cooper Clubman John Cooper Works in Ireland , I made an appointment with Dennis to see the car and he was happy to show it to me for a test drive, which made me decide to buy it! I traded in my old car and they took me to pick up the car. Delivered the new car with red roof wrapped to my house .I can't wait to start a new journey with my car! When i need to buya car for my wife in the future. I will definitely come back here and find Dennis. thanks guys!

Still waiting for my logbook since last November, no satisfaction to date.will need to go further about it. don't see what the problem is and not happy about it.i don't see why I should have to go down the road of applying for a replacement. Shame on you Denis.
