I bought my car off Antony in blackwater, he was very accommodating and always there to answer the phone. I would definitely recommend buying a car off blackwater. The car was in excellent condition and well looked after. The only thing I can fault is that there was a minor fault that wasn't picked up on pre sales inspection a rear window switch that was faulty since 2000 km and the service light wasn't set to the correct interval, my partner who is a vw mechanic of 10 years he scanned the car through the obd port to see if the window switch was a new or an old fault and noticed it's was a recurring fault for 5000 km. Once blackwater knew about it and after a number of phone calls they did they're very best to try sort it and got someone to come out a collect the car and supplied me with a courtesy car. But if the car was scanned before sale the issue could have been picked up on before I purchased the car and saved everyone the hassle.

He was highly professional and very clear about finance options and offers available to help the transition to EV. Great communication from start to finish and any questions were answered clearly and promptly. We traded in our older VW and were very happy with the price agreed, while avoiding the hassle of a private sale. Jamie also took time to explain our new car and its features until we were ready to drive away happy.
