No doubt that my car was serviced according to the manufacturer instructions and this was done quick. However, I got a scam call from a sales person that my four tires need immediate replacement and they are below the legal thread depth. The quoted price looked like good value and was below the cost of 4 no. high quality premium Michelin or Continental tyres alone. I ignored this recommendation and measured the tires at work: 4mm on the rear tires (8mm when brand new) and 4.5mm on the front tires (7mm when brand new). This means remaining life of approximately 30k km for the rear tires and 29k km for the front tires because I replaced the original front tires at 25k km and the car is now at 50k km.

Had car serviced. 2 logged faults - 1 fixed and the other needs the master technician to look at it so had to rebook car in for a full day. The fault is there for over 18 months now intermittently as they fail to fix it the last time 12 months ago. A day prior to service I did the online checkin. I did tick the box for car wash and footwell vacuum - car wash washed, wheels were not and footwells not hoovered. The staff are very good to deal with at the service desks.
