Great experience buying my Tiguan from blackwater motors. Neil was very easy and straight forward to deal with. He was very quick to respond to any questions I had. We bought our car here. The sale was good and painless. However we're not very impressed with the maintenance department. It's all very diy for the customers: book it in yourself using a machine, drive yourself in and out (or pay €50 for a replacement car and pray there's availability), ring them to find out if your car is ready (regardless of requesting a call back through said machine), been told when you ring that "oh yes! it's just being washed, it will be ready just before 6pm" but of course it's not washed and please print the service report yourself at home. Not impressed with "the service". We went home wondering if anything was actually done to the car.

My experience with Blackwater motors has been easy , straightforward and pleasant so much so that I know my next car will be purchased through them as I want to have that reassurance of knowing that if I need anything in the future Blackwater motors will be there rest assured.
