I recently visited this dealership and had quite a disappointing experience. I waited a noticeably long time before anyone came out to assist me, and when someone finally did, there was little to no customer service. The representative opened the car door but didn’t offer a test drive or even allow me to start the engine—which I found quite odd. We then asked to see a different vehicle, and when we finally got to look inside, it was dirty—clearly not prepared for customers. On top of that, it took ages for a young staff member to bring the keys, and while we were waiting in the rain, he casually began driving another car around instead of helping us. Overall, it felt like we were being completely overlooked, and the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was disappointing. I expected better.

First time buying from Beshoff motors last week and I couldn't recommend the dealership more highly. the premises is very impressive and the inventory even more so - the place is a premium car lovers dream. I had the pleasure of dealing with David and from start to finish my experience was top class. He was very professional, attentive and courteous from the onset. I purchased a Range Rover Vogue which was easily the finest example of its kind out there today. The car was prepped to showroom quality even before my initial test drive. I couldn't be happier.
