After looking at quite a few vans I am very fussy about what I want. I went to look at a 2019 Ford transit courier in Beechlawn motors it was by far the cleanest van I had seen and a full main dealer service history sales man Jonathan could not have been more helpful and honest with me about the van and what work had been carried out prior to the sale with receipts and invoices for the work. I collected the van last Thursday and on Saturday I had a small battery issue the van would not start rang Jonathan and a new battery was organised and fitted on my drive way (over an hour away from the garage ) this morning Monday morning. Top class service and a top class van a pleasure to deal with the lads in Beechlawn motors. One of the best garages I have ever bought from I will be back 👌😀

Had a really positive experience with Jonathan. He was friendly and helpful without being pushy. Prompt communication and very transparent in terms of providing information and relevant documents. Jonathan went above and beyond, ensuring that our car was in top condition before he handed it over to us. Replaced tyres and fixed a glitchy door handle without us asking. He also organised and paid for a second key. We would recommend any buyer to use Beechlawn Motors and Jonathan in particular. We went to a few dealerships and none could compare to the customer service in Beechlawn. Delighted with our new car.

Not the most clear comms trying to arrange a viewing/test drive but did manage to get a quick look at the car and Jonathan did as well as he could before he needed to head off. Then had concerns about the fact car had not being driven. Spoke with Daniel who was dismissive and condescending in his responses to my questions. Very unpleasant interaction. Shame as liked the car.
