Bought a car (over 20k) and I had problems with it from the start and everytime I went back in, they kept kicking the can down the road and doing temporary repairs job. Then the next time I called in with the same fault , I was told it was out of warranty. Less than 1 year after I bought the car, the engine went and I had to pay over 6k getting the engine rebuilt in Dublin. After so many difficult conversations/arguments with them and being made feel like I was in the wrong to argue my case, I just gave up dealing with them. Extremely unpleasant.
