Bought a car (over 20k) and I had problems with it from the start and everytime I went back in, they kept kicking the can down the road and doing temporary repairs job. Then the next time I called in with the same fault , I was told it was out of warranty. Less than 1 year after I bought the car, the engine went and I had to pay over 6k getting the engine rebuilt in Dublin. After so many difficult conversations/arguments with them and being made feel like I was in the wrong to argue my case, I just gave up dealing with them. Extremely unpleasant.

I purchased a hyundai Tucson from Barlo's I was dealing with Adam, I have purchased a few cars from different dealership's over the years and I have to say that Adam was the nicest car sales person I have ever had the pleasure to deal with he was so helpful and professional he looked after me so well from the beginning until the very end of the transaction, he was always there to help and answer any questions with no hesitation or hassle. Couldn't recommended the lads in Barlo enough. I changed my mind on the car I bought, and Colm went out of his way to get me sorted with something more like what I was looking for. Walked away with a beautiful car for a fair price - a very happy customer! Thanks lads.
