Baker Automotive came highly recommended. So when had an engine management light issue, I contacted them. They were professional and courteous in making an appointment as well as the communication that day. Told me what the issue was and a rough estimate. I told them to contact me once they knew the figure and I’d go with them. They don’t ring. I rang a week later and left my name and number. Still no call. They charged me €140 which as far as I can see was for a simple diagnostic test. Then they didn’t contact me to fix the issue. Overall, disappointing. I won’t return or recommend.

Had an issue with my water pump and drive belt. I called other repair shops in the area who were fully booked for weeks. They got mine sorted in 48 hours. From my phone conversations with them, to car drop off, until releasing the car, the whole process was just smooth and pleasant from start to finish. The lads are professional and exceptional, especially Thomas and Liam. Not looking forward to another trip to the garage, but when it happens I'm going straight to them 100%.
