Hi I bought a Mercedes an when I first seen it I could not believe it. The car is like new and is 17 yrs old. The car is spotless and drives smoothly an silent. The more I drive it the more I love it. Staff was very helpful, I am not tech savvy and my blue tooth was sorted my cds were loaded into the 6 cd loader. I was shown how to work the cruise control. They could not have been more helpful, I will recommend my friends to Baker motors, simply the best Thank you so much.

Had an issue with one of my fuses causing my radio and AC to go and the guys got me in really quickly despite a busy period and replaced a blown fuse free of charge. Very honest, attentive and reliable team at Baker Automotive and would highly recommend them.

I brought our car here last winter when the heating fan went. They fixed it temporarily (for a fairly steep charge) until it went again less than a week later. We brought it up again and they fixed it free of charge. It went again twice more within a few days/weeks of them 'fixing' it, which was very inconvenient. It broke again this October less than a year after we'd brought it up. We decided to bring it to a different garage who told us straight away that it needed a replacement part, which we ordered and they fitted with zero fuss for a reasonable charge.
