Had a great experience with dealing with John when I was looking to purchase a car. He was very helpful in every way possible. Very obliging and knowledgeable. Helped go through the features of the car also. They dropped the car to the house on a day and time that we asked for free of charge. John and team even threw in a box of chocolates which was a nice touch! I would highly recommend going with this company when looking for a car at reasonable priced and great selection cars. Also the website is really easy to use and look up what cars they currently have and prices and very easy to put down a deposit on a car and get a quick confirmation email. I absolutely love the car!

The whole process from start to finish was incredibly efficient and well streamlined, car was as described and it was a prompt turnaround with the purchase. Only gripe we'd note is that a little extra attention to detail around the valet is required but otherwise a 5 star review!

Bought a 2017 golf recently for €14500. Noticed it had a rattling noise when accelerating. Brought it back up to John who was completely dismissive "the car is 8 years old, it's probably a loose pocket" despite the VW dealer saying it could be a serious underlying issue and needs to be diagnosed. The car was also dirty inside and I had to ask for it to be re valeted, the spare key was not working, no floor mats, and two front tyres needing to be changed within a month. I would strongly advise not dealing with autopoint, shop around!!
