After weeks of searching, I finally found a car from this dealer on DoneDeal. I sent photos of my car and messaged to see if they could do a deal. Andy rang me back the same day and we worked everything out over the phone. I had never bought a car without viewing it first, so I was a bit nervous, but Andy’s clear communication, reassurance, and the 3 month warranty really helped put me at ease. In the days before collection, Andy actually noticed a small issue with the car and went above and beyond to get it sorted properly before I picked it up. We met halfway and completed the part exchange. the whole process was smooth and stress free. After driving the car for a few days, I brought it to my own mechanic (just for peace of mind) who suggested changing the drop links. I went ahead and had it done myself. A few days later, Andy checked in to see how everything was going, and when I mentioned it, he immediately sent me money to cover the parts and labour, completely unexpected and a real sign of how genuine and honest he is. Andy’s communication throughout was excellent, he was upfront and trustworthy from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back to him when updating my partner’s car and again when I change my own. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough, a top class service and a great guy to deal with.
