I didn’t really know what I wanted but the knowledge that Shane showed through all different Audi models was outstanding. He narrowed it down to a lovely Audi Q5 which I purchased. Excellent service, the staff were friendly and professional from start to finish. My car came back spotless and nothing I asked for was any trouble for any of the staff. The service manager was also exceptional and showed clear and obvious customer care and awareness as I conversed with him when collecting vehicle.

Bought my first car here last August with a trade in. I've had a few queries since but nothing seems to be an issue. Service department provide excellent customer experience with Ray and Amber front of house. Delightful to visit for a recall and annual service and the car was washed and vacuumed after. 5 stars.
