Recently purchased A5 . Message about Emergency call function fault appeared on the dash. I called service Department and was informed by a lady I could not get it looked at until April. It was not a mechanical fault so no need to bring it in. I contacted Customer care at Joe Duffy and received a E mail from the Service manager offering me an appointment in early March if that suited. I Emailed him back but didn't receive a reply. My first impressions of the after sales service is extremely poor.

Arrived with wife she is in process of buying new car. Walked about for 15-20mins no one came near us ,had to ask lady at counter how much was the Q7 ,was told the price should be on it, it wasn't that's why I asked. I was wearing jeans n jumper ? Won't be back
