Went there on a Saturday with my wife, arrived just before 3pm. As we got there, their gate was partially closed, but we could still drive in and part. This felt weird as their opening hours here and online say they are open 9am - 5pm on Saturdays, the hours printed on their door on the way into the showroom also say the same, that they're open to 5pm. We walked in, without issue. We looked around for approximately 4 or 5 minutes between two models we saw online and were interested in without being approached by anyone, everything felt fairly normal. There were 2 or 3 other couples/groups of people in there, browsing with one talking to one of the 4 or so salesmen working there at that time. Then we were approached by a salesman while we were looking and talking to each other about the cars. He was incredibly rude, he did the usual asking if we wanted anything, directly to both of us, to which we said no that we were looking, we were not ready to engage with a salesman at that point. He then in a laughing tone, told us to get out then if we weren't inquiring, that they were closed, and gestured to tell us that we needed to go, before he then walked away and went over to approach another couple of people at a different car. As we were walking out I watched him tell that other couple to also leave. This interaction was shocking. Completely contradictory to their opening hours displayed everywhere, and the attitude of that particular salesman in that moment was exceptionally rude. The ownership either need to update their opening hours online and printed on their own door at the showroom, or strongly look at how their staff are operating where they are closing early on a weekend day to get out of work. In stark contrast, we went around the corner to the Joe Duffy BMW garage where we were very pleasantly greeted by very friendly staff, who were open and true to their opening hours displayed online. This experience and that interaction with that particular salesman has put me off ever wanting to do business with this garage, there are other Audi dealers worth trying instead.

Love it here. As a customer, I'm a little biased. Service is definitely pricier than independents but guaranteed, they also keep your car clean and wash and vacuum afterwards, they maintain to a very high standard also. Sales experience is great also and trouble free once you have your stuff in order. Lovely facility to sit in and work if your service takes a few hours, and free pastries and coffee always a plus. Happy a loyal customer here.

I had a brake sensor issue. Went to audi North Dublin and I am telling you NINA is an angel of a woman. She sorted me out the same day, sorted out an appointment for another issue and even followed up next week for any issues with the fixed car. This is truly called value for money. The helping and humble behaviour of everyone specially NINA was cherry on top. I am not going anywhere else from now on even thought it costs you a bit more but it's totally worth it. Hassan

Complete disaster. I will start by saying most of the staff are great but in short, poorly informed agents on email, exceptionally poor customer service the day of. My Audi failed the NCT due to a tear in one of the rear seat belts. I emailed this service center but they couldn't get the part in but helped me source an original online to get put in. (20 emails exchanged to get sorted) Day of the service I leave the car in only to receive a call later that day advising me that Audi will not fit second hand safety parts and I could take it to a " Dodgy back end Garage" to have it fitted. That is a direct quote from the person who called me to advise it could not be done. I come to collect the car again more time taken out of the day and am handed the keys with no recognition of what had happenee or even apology. The agent who emailed me at the start was great and very helpful but ultimately gave me incorrect information. The day of experience was horrific. If your Audi discontinue a safety feature such as a seat belt then an Audi service center is of no use to you is the message I have received.

Poor experience today. I walked in to speak with a sales person and I was told thar one would be available in 20 minutes. Which was absolutely fine. But no one was able to talk to me in 40 minutes and I had to leave. One salesman told that he is free but he has appointment in 15 mins and is not willing to engage. Great that this Audi dealership does not need more sales. If you’re are looking to visit, make sure you book in advance or go elsewhere.
