I have been a customer of Audi North Dublin since 2020 and feel compelled to share my experience. In 2020, I purchased an Audi Q3 for €45,000 on a PCP scheme. After 3 years, they offered me a trade in value of €36,500, which I was happy with, so I upgraded to a new Q3 in 2023, spending €56,000 with additional features added. Now, as my PCP is coming to an end, I returned last week to discuss upgrading again. I was shocked to be offered only €27,000 for my car and after negotiating, they only increased it by €1,000 to €28,000. My car has just 43,000 km on the clock, and they are selling similar cars with higher mileage for over €39,000 on their own forecourt. That is a difference of over €11,000. What makes it worse is that as a PCP customer, I feel completely locked in other dealerships told me they cannot override Audi's own valuation. So there is no room to negotiate elsewhere either. I have been a loyal customer for 6 years, spending over €50000 with this dealership. This is not how loyal customers should be treated. It is clear that something has changed in their approach over the last 3 years. To anyone considering a PCP scheme here please be aware of this risk before committing. If you plan to upgrade at the end of your PCP, make sure you fully understand the valuation process and get independent valuations before your agreement ends. Very disappointing experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously.

I don't normally leave reviews but I think the service I received deserves a recommendation. Over the last 10 years or so I have always gotten really good service from them and now travel to them even after I moved house as the service is far superior to the experience when I tried my new local Audi location. Recently I had a problem with my car and it was dealt with excellently by the everyone I dealt with, but particularly Lydia. I highly recommend them.
The receptionist behind the front desk was fantastic today, 6th May 2026. I explained id been involved in an accident earlier, where a truck crashed into the side of my Audi. She couldn't have been nicer or done more for me, coffee etc. It's people like her that bring up the profile of the Audi experience... human face to face profecional & personable contact, putting your faith back in humanity. She's a keeper!!
Really bad experience. Waited for repair under warranty for 2 months. On the day of a repair, not only they wanted to get money off of me for a repair when the car was still under warranty but after coming back to them at the end of the day they told me that the repair won't be done under the warranty as they found a tiny chip in one of the sensors which I checked this morning and have proof there was no damage. They are great when it comes to taking your money but I will never be coming back again.
