Just want to commend the sales staff for their efficiency and professionalism. I recently purchased an Audi A3 Saloon and Paddy made the entire process extremely easy and straightforward. He was knowledgeable, approachable and advised me on a number of invaluable extras. The level of customer service throughout was excellent. Credit to Paddy and the team at Audi Naas.

Excellent service from start to finish. Professional and courteous staff member at check in explained everything and gave a time frame of works to be carried out. Excellent communication which is very important, received call to keep me updated on progress and another call later to say car was ready. Complimentary shuttle service to nearby town centre was excellent and very welcome, and the driver was a gentleman. Highly recommend Audi Naas.

Not ideal to leave a negative review for the guys in Audi Naas because they have a very good reputation but none the less I feel compelled to provide important feedback. I left my car into the service department for 2 reasons. One was a service which was conducted to a high standard and the other was an ongoing issue with my reverse camera on my 2018 Audi A6. Now I made the appointment a few weeks ago thinking that the service guys would find the issue and get it sorted one way or another. I was unfortunately told at the service desk when I dropped it in first thing in the morning that the camera was not factory fitted and was done via a third party and therefore unlikely they would be able to help. Following an inspection, this was found out to be the case which I find very disappointing to be honest. With my general lack of knowledge on cars, I was unaware that reverse cameras are sometimes not factory fitted and are fitted by third party providers. It would have been much more helpful for this to be explained to me at the time of booking the appointment as opposed to finding out the morning of said appointment without anyone taking a look at the car. I could have made alternative plans. So I really think this policy / process needs to be looked at and improved for future customers. They also made me aware that the wiring was "shoddy' and that the wiring poses a fire risk and therefore disconnected the connections in the car. I subsequently had no front camera either and had to go back into the showroom to explain this and the guys undid what they did so my forward camera was working again. When I asked if they could order a new camera and reinstall it, they explained that this is not something they would look at. I acknowledge the guys in Naas typically do a great job and again the service was excellent. But the reverse camera was my priority and they didn't find a solution so I think the communication process from the point of booking through to inspection needs to be looked at and refined as I felt disappointed leaving the showroom this afternoon unfortunately.

Great service, Sean was very efficient and a pleasure to dead with. Delighted with my new Audi! Beautiful presentation on arrival and talked me through everything in the car.

Picked up my brand new car on Friday 29th May was dealing with Paddy he is very friendly, helpful and professional. He kept me informed throughout the process he went through all the details on the car with me, it’s always a great experience with Audi naas and that’s why I always return to them when changing my car.
