Excellent service from start to finish. Professional and courteous staff member at check in explained everything and gave a time frame of works to be carried out. Excellent communication which is very important, received call to keep me updated on progress and another call later to say car was ready. Complimentary shuttle service to nearby town centre was excellent and very welcome, and the driver was a gentleman. Highly recommend Audi Naas.

Personal and efficient service. I've been an Audi Naas customer for several years and have just changed my car with them again. Thanks to Barry for helping choose the car and options I wanted and for keeping me posted on progress of the order. Ordered and pre paid for Audi Car Mats which after 6 weeks were not received, no communication or update received from the garage. After 4 weeks I called in to the garage and was informed the back mats were received but the front mats were not included. After the 3rd phone call to the relevant department, I requesting a refund but was assured they would try to source elsewhere and would call me back. No return call received, but I appreciate it was a small order and just took a refund and will try elsewhere.
