Bought a 2020 AUDI A4 here almost 3 years ago, the car has been running like a clock and their follow up assistance (services etc) especially by Salesman "Shane" has been second to none, it will be hard to look past this place when I decide to trade in my car again. Keep up the good work !!

Purchased a used A3 here for nearly 20 grand, very bad experience, they gave me a bad car with faulty engine, broken turbo, to the point service centre told me it was not safe to drive. They handed me a car without doing basic checks if the car was at least safe to drive. Out of roughly 2 months I owned that car, more than half the time it was in the workshop for repairs, I never received a clear explanation or a clear list of repairs that were being done for a month. I had to get a refund after a very long waiting time. Don’t buy this car.

Recently purchased a new A3 from Alan O Shea (Sales Alan!!!) Words cannot describe how patient Alan has been with me since I first bought from him a few years back. Nothing is a problem, no matter how big or small and always at the end of phone whatever time you ring or text, Absolutely pleasure to deal with him. Audi Cork are lucky to have Alan on their team.
