She welcomed us in such a professional yet genuinely cheerful manner, which immediately made the whole experience feel smooth and pleasant. It’s always reassuring to be greeted by someone who is both efficient and warm! I have to admit that in the past, I didn’t always find the centre reception experience as welcoming, so this visit this time was a noticeable and very appreciated improvement. I was just looking at the cars in the Audi Center in the Southern District, but I didn't expect to be attracted by the Q4 Sport E tron, which has a large space and a good view. The staff communication was excellent. My receptionist was Mikus, who quickly evaluated my old car and gave me a good depreciation price. It took me two days to decide.
