I recently left my car in for a service at Audi Centre Dublin and had a really positive experience. I was especially impressed by Natalia at reception!! She welcomed us in such a professional yet genuinely cheerful manner, which immediately made the whole experience feel smooth and pleasant. It’s always reassuring to be greeted by someone who is both efficient and warm! I have to admit that in the past, I didn’t always find the centre reception experience as welcoming, so this visit this time was a noticeable and very appreciated improvement. I recently had to have my Audi Etron battery setting updated. I first dealt with Matthew,then Kasey and on the day Jason The level of professionalism that experienced was exceptional. I was also supplied with a brand new A3 to use free of charge while my car was been updated.

I recently purchased a low-mileage Cupra Leon from Wayne at the Audi Centre in Sandyford, Dublin, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The car was presented in immaculate condition, both inside and out, and comes with the manufacturer’s warranty for added peace of mind. Wayne was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer any questions and handled everything in a professional and courteous manner. It was a genuine pleasure dealing with the Audi Centre — without a doubt one of the best experiences I’ve had when purchasing a second-hand car. Highly recommended!

I was just looking at the cars in the Audi Center in the Southern District, but I didn't expect to be attracted by the Q4 Sport E tron, which has a large space and a good view. The staff communication was excellent. My receptionist was Mikus, who quickly evaluated my old car and gave me a good depreciation price. It took me two days to decide. Today, I came to pick up the car, full of ritual gave me a great surprise！ I used to be the owner of a BMW Audi Tesla, and I am very happy to be the owner of an Audi again. I love German cars.

Extremely disappointing experience with Audi South Dublin I bought a car from them in 2023 and had been a loyal customer for three years. When I recently decided to change my car, the level of customer service I received was shocking. The management team was dismissive, unprofessional, and extremely judgmental, seemingly forming opinions about customers based on appearance rather than treating them with respect. Promises that were made earlier were not honoured, which completely broke my trust. Instead of valuing a returning customer, I was treated as if my business did not matter at all. The management team came across as picky, condescending, and frankly disrespectful, making the entire process frustrating and unpleasant. After this horrible experience, I decided not to purchase another vehicle from them. I will also actively advise friends and colleagues to avoid this dealership. It is disappointing that a premium brand like Audi is represented by a dealership that treats loyal customers this way. Respect and honesty should be the minimum expectation, but sadly that was not the case here.
