No stars - paid this place a 500 euro deposit in good faith with the intention to purchase a car. Was assured it would have a full service and be thoroughly checked in preparation for the NCT. On the day of collection, I requested to test drive this car and during this identified the seatbelt was not working, literally wouldn't close and continued to pop back out. The gear box was also dodgy. The fact that something so small but so vital in safety, I decided not to continue with the sale, and under my consumer rights was legally in the right to request my deposit back. However this fell on deaf ears and a salesman that was arrogant and basically tried to say there was a 'piece of dirt in the belt'. It was not a piece of dirt, it was broken. Even though on the day the same salesman stated it would be not l'egal on the road with the belt not working'. My mistake was firstly giving a deposit when I had not test drove the car prior. Where are they going with the amount they are asking for a deposit is crazy aswell but clearly this must be something they do alot. I have escalated it to many agencies as 500 euro is alot to lose when this situation was their fault and not mine.

I bought a 192 Peugeot Expert from As Cars and I have to say their customer service is exceptional. Sean was so helpful from start to finish. There was a small issue with one of the side doors not locking. He ordered in a part directly from Peugeot and told me to pop in to get it sorted. He told me it should be bout an hour and it was fixed and ready to go well under the hour. The van was in excellent driving condition when I purchased it.
