I've been a service customer here for a few years, and I decided when it was time to change my car that I would also buy from them, because then I would get to continue dealing with that service department. So myself and my husband came in on a Saturday to speak to Jack about what we wanted. Two weeks later we drove off the lot in a 241 Mercedes that is perfect for our needs, having got a good trade-in on our Skoda.
