Used to get my 7 series serviced here but never again. Have never experienced the level of ignorant obnoxious arrogance anywhere that I experienced repeatedly with 1 person in particular in their BMW customer service department last summer. Even when I tried to deal with others there on other maintenence or repair issues afterwards to avoid him because of his attitude I kept getting handed back to this person. I'd rather the steering wheel come off in my hands or travel the 2hrs to Cork from Tralee to a main dealer than ever again return. As an example: "Go ask John because he was dealing with it, not us". I.e., get lost and don't be annoying me over the thing we promised to phone you back on 3 times (while John no longer even worked in the BMW section as I was ordered off to find him in BYD and "ask him yourself").

After weeks of delays in another place and ultimately breaking down again, I decided to try Aherns. They investigated the issue the next working day and called me with a few options on how to rectify the matter. The car was sorted the following day. I found their quick turnaround of the job and communication excellent.

I had a brilliant experience with the staff at Aherns, notably Rory and Brendan, when I bought my BYD Dolphin recently. I found them honest, respectful and so helpful. Great to discover that this e-car can take an e-bike rack too.

I would like to thank the service team at Aherns for their help with my Renault today. In particular, I would like to thank Brendan for his friendly advise, knowledge and expertise in helping to resolve the problem. Great environment, waiting area was comfortable & the coffee was lovely. Thanks again to all.

Just purchased a car from Aherns and dealt with Niall who was excellent throughout. He was not pushy or assuming and two days after I picked up the car he called me to ensure everything was okay with the car. Excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend.
