Excellent service from Adam’s Garage Tralee when we purchased our new Ioniq5 last week. We mainly dealt with Liam and he was extremely professional , knowledgeable and friendly. The car was ready for collection when he said it would be, as we had ordered it two months earlier. He spent a long time explaining all the features of the car. We have purchased cars from Adam’s many times in the past and their after sale service has always been exceptional. I cannot recommend Adam’s Garage enough if you want peace of mind reliability and quality.

I bought my car from Adams 1 year ago, and I went in recently with a DPF issue in the car. They first thought it was faulty glowplugs which they replaced, but the issue was still there. The date of the warrenty was slightly gone past by a month or so, but they still honoured replacment of the DPF which I was grateful for. The reception staff were lovely to deal with it. I didnt give 5 stars as i was left without a car for 10 days prior to the glowplugs getting fitted which i was a bit disappointed about. I still rate them as a garage and would purchase again from them in future.

Bought a used car for €6,000 and the tyre pressure warning light came on before I even got home. I was brushed off and told it was weather-related, but the problem continued for months. A mechanic later confirmed three leaking tyre valves. The dealership refused to fix it and the salesperson stopped responding altogether. Shocking after-sales service. Would not recommend to anyone.

Adams of Tralee arranged an appointment for me relating to a voluntary recall for my Hyundai vehicle. My contact with them both over the phone and in person was professional and courteous. I mentioned a minor matter at the time of my visit and asked if they could take a look at this during the recall visit and they were very accomodating. I am extremely happy with the customer service I received and I will be booking my next major service with them.
