While my car was being serviced, I was even given a replacement car, which made things so convenient. My own car was ready within just 3 hours, which was much quicker than I expected. The staff were absolutely lovely, very approachable, and took the time to explain everything in detail. The after-service was just as impressive, showing real care for their customers. Great customer service at Adam’s Tralee. I was kept informed of the charge for one particular job and rung to see if I wanted to go ahead with the job or leave it. if only all dealers were this good! Recent purchase of Hyundai Inster was faultless from start to finish. Stephen was knowledgeable and very customer focused. His communication was excellent and he provided reasonable and accurate timelines on delivery and with some additional accessories after the main purchase. My previous dealing with Adams had been for a recall on my previous Tucson and that was dealt with equally efficiently. Highly recommend this company!

Excellent to deal with, friendly, professional and responsive. We just purchased our first ever electric car from them and couldn't be happier.
