Booked a service using their online portal weeks previous, on the day of the service rang to confirm time, told they had no record and basically ignore the online portal but would ring back to see what could be done. Waited four hours and had to ring them back to be told we’d have to wait 5-6 weeks minimum. Why offer an online portal if you flat out ignore it.

Trust is hard to come by when you’re starting out, but this place delivered. I bought my first van from John and have been back more than once since. He’s straightforward, no pressure, and genuinely looks out for his customers. Solid service and support every time. Highly recommend.
