I was very interested and made several attempts to come down to look at the Prius inside. However, according to the business hours, it's closed after 6PM but it was closed from 5.30PM, I also tried visiting around 9:15AM some mornings, but I was unable to get in as the doors were locked

Hi I recently purchased a car from Academy Cars and I want to share my experience of it. Having searched for a good few weeks looking for new car, I came across one in Academy Cars. From the moment I made an initial inquiry to the time of completion of purchase was one of the best car buying experiences I ever had. Thanks to a guy called Hugo, who was a gentleman and a great pleasure to deal with. He answered all my queries with regard to the car and went above and beyond in his help to me. After allowing me to take the car to my own mechanic to check, we agreed on what I considered a very fair price. He organised the NCT, service and full valet (quick shout out to his top Detailer who had the car in showroom condition). Anything I asked of Hugo he more than willingly obliged and I felt he went above and beyond in the whole process. I would highly recommend if you are thinking of changing or buying a car to check this company out. You will be treated with the upmost respect and given all the time you require to make up you mind.
