The All-New Audi A4 Saloon

The Audi A4 has been a popular executive saloon amongst Irish motorists over the years. It boasts a sporty character and is equipped with a high-quality interior, innovative technologies and powerful engines round off the overall package.

On the inside, you will experience a generous amount of space and an arrangement of the elements which is designed to maximise brightness and space. The continuous air-jet band emphasises the width of the vehicle, while a chrome application strip above it creates a high-quality accent. A large storage compartment in the centre console offers practical storage space.

The standard interior lighting contains reading lights which you can use at the front for sensory purposes. With one of the optional Ambiente light packages, you create an additional feel-good atmosphere.

There are a number of different engine options available for the A4 Saloon, including the petrol-powered 2.0 TFSI with 110 kW (150 hp), 140 kW (190 hp) or 180 kW (245 hp). The latter variant features the ultra-technology that activates quattro all-wheel drive in just a few milliseconds when the driving situation demands it, ensuring optimum traction and driving dynamics.

The diesel-powered 2.0 TDI produces 140 kW (190 hp), the larger 3.0 TDI 170 kW (231 hp). Some of these engine variants feature a 12 volt mild hybrid system with a belt-starter generator and a Li-ion battery. This technology allows, for example, a shutdown of the engine while driving - the so-called sailing mode. This will reduce consumption.
