Very disappointed and will never return again , 8 months ago we have bought a car with them , and on Thursday we have returned to change car with them again ( due to family growing and we needed bigger car and as we bought our recent car with them ofcourse we went back to them again as we only had this car for 8 months) they have priced our car 10,000 euros less then what we paid for it !.every other place have offered us much more as car is like new and we didn't even buy car with them ! Another bad experience was with their worker we asked him can he show us some 7 seater cars that they have , we told him this is our only day off together so could we view it now , and he brought us inside showed us cars only on computer and told us we can view the cars after they finish pricing our own car and then we can organise test drive , ( we already knew witch car we wanted to see and we told him about it ) this guy was horrible to deal with ! And not to mention his phone call later with offering us 10, 000 euro less was a joke on top of all that ! We understand that they where not going to give us the price we bought it for but the car is still being sold at same price so price could of been better .

My experience with ZuCar Cork was negative. I planned to purchase a car with cash. I arranged a test drive and viewing of the car on a day convenient for me. The staff member deliberately lied to me, claiming the car wouldn't be available that day. It turned out she simply didn't want me to come because she had the day off. Despite this, I went, and the car was there. This is a blatant display of disrespect for my time and a deliberate attempt to mislead. The next staff member showed a complete lack of interest, didn't even offer a test drive. I felt like he doesn't take me seriously. When I offered my old car as a trade-in, they offered me a ridiculously low price. Moreover, I got the impression that my interest in paying cash met with a lack of enthusiasm. I felt that the staff was more interested in selling cars with financing to earn interest. The lack of professionalism and respect was glaring. I ultimately bought a car from another dealer who offered me favorable terms, professional service and a fair price for my old car. ZuCar Cork missed out on a sale and the car I wanted to buy was one of their more expensive models.

Very poor service, offering way below the trade in price that other car sales places have offered me. Also you don’t get the trade in price until you listen to all the terrible policies they have (magic spray waterproofing the seats) and after they ask you if you will be paying cash or financing. He said he only asked that cause they ‘work with 10 banks’, complete nonsense this man was talking as he stumbled for a reason to the questions we asked. Completely waste of time looking at cars here unless you are financialing with them.

Good range of 2nd hand cars with best price. No haggle though because of low prices. Love the sales and customer service crews. Highly recommended place to buy fairly used cars. Great Head of Sales manager with customers centric attitude..
