Very happy with my recent experience with ZuCar Cork. The whole process of buying a car went smoothly, and my new car was delivered to my home by the ZuCar team within a week, even though it’s an hour’s drive each way for them. The car didn’t have a valid NCT, so I had to arrange it myself, which I found a bit unusual. However, to be fair to ZuCar, they refunded €60 towards it, so I can’t complain. Overall, a 5-star experience.

Absolutely amazing experience with Zucar Cork! I bought a 2019 Nissan Leaf from them and the whole process was outstanding from start to finish. Everything was smooth and professional. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with the car. What really sets Zucar Cork apart is the after sales service. Hands down the best I have experienced. They go above and beyond, which gives real peace of mind after the purchase. I couldn’t recommend Zucar Cork highly enough. If you are thinking about buying a car, this is the place to go.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at ZuCar Cork. I travelled all the way from Limerick to view and test drive a Mercedes GLE that looked very promising based on their website. However, even before arriving, I started noticing serious discrepancies between their advert and information from third-party checks. The most obvious issue was the panoramic sunroof, which was mentioned multiple times in their listing. In the check results, the car has a solid roof. There were also inconsistencies around the headlights — the report indicated high-end Multibeam headlights, yet this wasn’t properly stated in their advert. I contacted them in advance by both phone and email, asking them to physically confirm these details before I made the trip. They completely ignored me. Despite this, I decided to go anyway. When we arrived at the agreed time, the salesperson casually told us there was a “glitch” on their website that auto-filled incorrect features — including the repeated claims about the panoramic sunroof. At that point, it was clear their advert couldn’t be trusted at all. It got worse. While walking to the car, I asked again about the headlights and was told they were standard LED, not Multibeam. When we actually reached the car — surprise — they were Multibeam. This showed they didn’t even know what they were selling. Then we saw the car itself — and it was absolutely filthy. Not just a bit dirty from normal use, but seriously neglected. The interior and boot looked like the car had been abused, not maintained. It honestly looked like it had been used to transport rubbish or animals. Completely unacceptable for a car being offered for sale. The charging cable situation was just as bad. There was only one cable, in terrible condition, and I was told they sell the car “as is.” So on top of everything else, you’d immediately need to spend more money just to properly use it. The front tyres also looked dangerously worn, possibly at or below the legal limit ( but without measuring it is possible that I was wrong)— another sign of how poorly this car was prepared. At that point, my wife refused to even get into the car, and I don’t blame her. We ended the visit immediately without even starting the test drive. To top it all off, the trade-in offer they gave me for my car was one of the lowest I’ve received in months( this figure i was told that can be adjusted after a phisical view of my car but considering how the testdrive progressed it is obvious that we didn't had any chance to re-evaluate). Ironically, compared to the state of their car, mine looked like it was in showroom condition — even after a long drive. Overall, this felt like blatant misleading advertising combined with zero care for vehicle condition or customer experience. I would absolutely not recommend ZuCar to anyone.

I called to arrange to view a car. The dealer I was talking sounded like he really wasnt bothered. I went ahead for my test drive. I loved loved loved the car. From the get go the dealer was stand offish, aloof, and curt. He didnt explain anything to me about the car, I felt so uncomfortable around him that Id forgotten what questions I wanted to ask. There were also a few times when he dismissed me with arrogant answers. For instance I asked him about previous owners, and he snapped at me saying it was just brought in by someone as a trade in. I also said to him that I would pay cash for the car and without me even saying anything else he said well the price is the same. And dont even get me started on what he said when i asked about how long it would take to get ready. He was more interested in texting on his phone. Honestly it was like the guy didnt even want to be there, and what an awful sales person he makes. I was willing to buy the car there and then I had the money to go, and he really put me off it. I said id go away and think about it. I left called my husband and told him about how upsetting the whole experience was and how horrible the man was. And he said go to some other shops and see if you can find a different car. So I did. And I met some really lovely and helpful sales men, one even showed me how to use the charging cable. Needless to say I bought a car somewhere else. Your sales man turned me right off.

Bought a car here few years ago... Best decision ever. Friendly and professional staff. Never had any problems with car. All good with servicing here too. Can fully recommend to everyone 👍
