Just purchased my first jaguar from Paul and Stephen, the lads were super helpful and couldn't be anymore patient with me as I was a little hesitant as I am only new coming to jaguar. The lads had great quality while listening to what I was asking and answering everything with the upmost honesty. Happy to say I will be back again in the near future as I also favoured their in house servicing and maintenance department. Quality service and a quality team. I can not recommend the team at yomac cars enough . Thanks again lads .

P Ain the last week

I had my Jaguar F-Pace serviced on 16th May 2025. Before the service, a mechanic called to inform me that my timing chain, front and rear brake pads, and discs all needed replacement. I declined these additional repairs and requested only the service to be done. When I collected my car, I was warned that not replacing the timing chain could eventually cause severe engine damage and that they could hear a rattling noise, although I could not hear anything myself. They also said my tyres were worn out and that I would not pass the NCT because of the tyres, brake pads, and discs. This information concerned me greatly, especially since my discs had been replaced just over a year ago at an official Jaguar service center. I have the invoice from the garage which details the suggested repairs. Doubting the need for disc replacement, I took the car for a visual inspection by another mechanic who said everything looked fine. To be thorough, I booked a full health check at an authorized Jaguar service center, which took place on 5th August. The health check report confirmed that my timing chain, brake pads, and discs are all in good condition and that the tyres meet legal depth requirements. While I am quite unhappy about the inaccurate information and the pressure to carry out expensive repairs, I must say the customer service was excellent and the service itself was satisfactory. However, I was disappointed that my car was returned without a wash, which I had expected. If the garage has any doubts, I am happy to upload both the invoice and the health check report for reference.

I bought a Land Rover Discovery from Yomac Cars, I found Stephen and Paul easy to deal with. The car I bought was excellent and I was very happy with it. I want to thank the garage for all their help and assistance, I look forward to dealing with the guys in the future.

We found the perfect car for us from Yomac Cars. We mainly dealth with Stephen who was a very genuine person to deal with everything was done as per his word we traded our old car and felt we got a good deal I also met Paul and he also made me feel confident to buy from them. Nothing was was a problem for Stephen. Can only recommend Yomac Cars from our experience.

Made enquiry online regarding vehicle for sale. Than phone call made, spoke to sales representative, who said he was interested in my p/e. And would call me back. I made it clear I was very interested in doing a deal. He did not call me back, when I contacted them today I was told vehicle now sold. Very shabby way to deal with someone in business, I guess all the negative reviews online are justified.
