I had an extremely frustrating experience with this dealership regarding an MG4 purchase — not once, but twice. The first time, I paid a deposit and was led to believe the car was secured, only to later be told that the car had been sold to someone else. That alone is unacceptable when a customer has already committed financially. To be fair, Cillian did show resilience and made a genuine effort to recover the situation by trying to arrange an alternative deal, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience did not improve. During the follow-up, the negotiation process was handled very poorly — particularly by Juan. Communication was unclear, disorganised, and at times frustrating. At one point, it was even implied that I expected the second car to be offered at the same price as the first, which was simply not true and was never something I had stated. For a purchase of this value, customers expect transparency, professionalism, and basic coordination. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short on all fronts. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and ensure everything is clearly confirmed in writing before committing.
