I have to say Jack and Michael were so good very Professional and could have a laugh with them the same time. Michael and Jack went throught the paper work with a fine tooth comb and easy to talk to. I had an amazing experience when buying a car in Windsor Liffey Valley. I dealt with Liam and I felt that he really understood what I was looking for in a car. We had to buy a car at short notice for a trip to France. Liam in Windsor looked after us and gave us great customer service. Very happy with our new car and the security provided by knowing a good company behind the sale who will honour the guarantee.
Updated Post-Sale Review: Unfortunately, I’m downgrading my original rating due to post-sale issues. Shortly after purchase, a warning light and message appeared on the dash, often related to a battery issue. During the test drive, the battery was dead and had to be jump-started. I was verbally assured by the sales agent that it would be replaced. However, despite multiple follow-up emails, I never received written confirmation. I brought the car to the service center, where I requested a new battery regardless of the cause of the warning light. The sales agent, however, denied ever having promised a new battery. This was particularly frustrating, as that assurance was a key factor in my decision to buy the car. Escalating the issue to management didn’t help. Additional concerns: the car manual was missing (I eventually received a spare), and documents containing the previous owner’s personal information were left in the vehicle, which is clearly indicating a lack of care during the handover. I’m not giving a lower rating because the battery was eventually replaced, and the sales agent did apologize via email. Still, the experience left a bad impression and could have been handled far more professionally. ______________________________________ Initial Pre-Sale Review: Easy to navigate website; friendly and professional staff; excellent communication; car as advertised.
