I couldn't have been happier with the service and support I got from the people at Windsor. Leon led me through every step and was very reassuring. He gave me a demo and then when I drove he helped me with the unfamiliar controls, calmly and with humour. Very pleasant agreeable salesman. The guy who dealt with the finance (sorry, forget name) was also lovely and helpful. I made the leap to EV a little nervously but am delighted with my new Nissan Leaf. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel valued and important. Our requests were listened to, we were guided through our options with knowledge and expertise and at no point did we feel pressured or coerced into buying something that wasn't right for us. Although I had a strong idea that I would probably purchase the car I chose, I found Leon's sales pitch not overly-aggressive, but he struck a good balance between information and letting me decide.
