I had a fantastic experience buying a car from Windsor Bray, thanks to the outstanding assistance of Dave and Rob. they was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and took the time to explain all the features in detail. Dave was also very accommodating and went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable with the purchase. I'm incredibly happy with my new car and would highly recommend Dave and Windsor Bray to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

Strongly recommend Sophie and the team in the service department. Down on a trip from Belfast and our X-trail made it up to Glendalough but on the way back down the turbo decided to give up. Googled the closest Nissan garage and thankfully ended up at Windsor, Bray. Sophie explained they wouldn't have been able to do any quick repairs but took us under her (angel) wing. She did everything possible to make sure the car got back to Belfast and, of course, my wife and I. It cost her some phone calls, a couple of cups of coffee and, more importantly, her time. Very many thanks to you all! If you are in the Bray area and looking for new car, choose Windsor, they are great people!

We recently bought our Hyundai i 20 from Windsor bray. Michael Dwyer helped us through out journey of purchase he was so approachable, very attentive and knowledegable. I got a call back from Stephen today, my car was "fixed" 2 weeks ago, but 14 days later I am having the same issue. I explained to him my car was Not fixed. He spoke to me so rudely and very condensing I told him this too, I also work in the service industry and have never and will never speak to a customer the way he spoke to me, he is very unprofessional and has no Customer skills. He said he can not take my car back in to fix until 13th of January, ridiculous, ny car should be took back straight away and fixed properly It will cost me €155 to look at it, I explained I have paid €352 for it to be fixed and it is not fixed and I am not paying anymore money. It clearly states on my invoice "confirmed customer concerns " Very disappointing with Windsor
