We booked earlier this week to view a car and emailed midweek to confirm it was still available, which was confirmed in writing. However, on the morning of the appointment the advert had been removed and we were told the car had been sold days earlier, without any call to cancel our test drive !W e were then told we had been informed midweek, which is a lie and contradicted by our written exchanges. We would have drove over a hour for nothing, wasting our time because of their dishonest practice. Honestly, it does not inspire confidence and trust to buy a car from that dealership, and I would be worry on how they handle their car warranty.
