Just want to say a massive thank you to Niall, Carol and all of the team in Windsor Belgard. They were so attentive and amazing from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I purchased a car from this garage early March and unfortunately the experience was very stressful from start to finish. Firstly, I was told the car would come with a valid NCT as it was a Japanese import. However, when the car was delivered it had no NCT at all. When I contacted them, I was initially offered an appointment for the following evening, which was not practical as it is not legal or safe to drive a car with no NCT in Ireland. I was then told the next available appointment would be in a few months. After several emails and having to remind them of my rights as a consumer, they eventually agreed to take the car back and arrange the NCT the following day. Secondly, my surname was incorrectly entered on the invoice. Despite requesting multiple times for a corrected invoice, I never received an amended document. They also advertised the car with a 1-year warranty, however I never received any warranty documentation despite repeatedly requesting it, still nothing! Finally, a few days after delivery, I received a fine from eFlow for an unpaid M50 toll from the delivery driver. I had to pay this myself. I contacted the garage by email and phone several times and asked to speak with Brandon, but I did not receive any response. Overall, this purchase caused unnecessary stress and poor communication throughout. I expected a much smoother and more professional experience.

Dealing with Danielle in Windsor Belgard was a real pleasure. Danielle gave us all the information needed to make a decision on a car and all the different options for add ons and payment methods. It was seamless, with a professional and friendly manner. Highly recommend.
