Enquired about a Peugoet 5008 on a Thursday that i seen on the website, and booked in for a test drive on the Saturday with Andrew, fell in love with the car and got a great price for trading in my 172 Renault, we were waiting on approval for our car loan from the credit union and we were advised to have a chat with Darren in the finance department as he might be able to get us a better APR rate, by Monday we had our approval with them at a much better rate and I collected the car on the Thursday. Andrew and Darren were absolute gents to deal with from start to finish and we got a fantastic warranty on the car too. Will definitely be back when im trading in again for a new car. Brilliant service.
If I could give 6 stars I would, John was a pleasure to deal with. Offered an excellent trade in value and couldn't have been better at communicating if he tried, clear updates and pleasant and friendly throughout.
I purchased a demo car from Windsor airside in 2021. The process was smooth and sales person was very helpful. 5 stars for the sales. However the service and after care is lacking if my experience is anything to go by. I had to take my car in multiple times for the same issue since purchase. Every time being told it was either fixed or there is no issue. Numerous call out of roadside assistance said otherwise. Was also told I don't drive enough km on average which resulted in my 12v battery dying, eventually needing replacement. I had to bear the cost of the replacement despite having a record of having raised the issue well within warranty period and subsequent follow up visits for the same. At that stage I resorted to purchasing a 12v trickle charger and using it regularly and for periods when the car was not being driven. Still had problems when leaving the car at the airport. Another issue that overlapped the 12v battery issue continued to be 'fixed' every time I took it in. The last 2 visits I demonstrated the issue has not being fixed at pick up and asked what have they 'fixed'. To which I was told 'the engineer has fixed it' and 'we'll reset it, that should fix it, come back if it's still an issue' 4 years of that was enough. I traded in the car with another garage as my experience to date was telling me that I'll be left with a car that's not right and bills for the visits to the garage as the car was approaching end of warranty. Purchased both of our cars here through Andrew. Amazing service from start to finish and the after sales service has also been incredible. Recently had my 2nd year vehicle service here, and they were extremely thorough. Highly recommend
on 21/08 went in and wanted to check for buying new car. We did test drive and all fine. Guy wanted us to sign contract quick quick quick as he had info that price will go up after 01/09. Ok, let's sign it, waiting for their quote, 01/09 passed and no quote sent. Maybe they did it so we pay more? No, price actually went down, today is 10/09 and they still haven't sent any quote. Haven't seen such company in my life...
