Not one to normally leave reviews but have to commend the excellent service provided by Alan of Buckley Transport working on behalf of Wilsons Auctions. Clear communication and timely arrival to collect my car, also dropped back a personal belonging left in the car and most importantly managed to find my wife's wedding ring that was stuck underneath the compartment between the two front seats, presumed gone forever. Above and beyond

Best customer service especially Lisa Kelly if I get the name right... very helpful and friendly. Trying her best to sort out deposit payment issue. Thank you again Lisa. TMS

We have been in business for 55 years, purchasing from auctions all across Europe — including well-known names like Euro Auctions and Ritchie Bros — and we have always had positive experiences. Unfortunately, this auction has been the exception. It was by far the most disappointing and frustrating experience I have ever had. They failed to process my VAT return correctly, despite me providing full shipping details and all required proof of export. This was the first time I have ever had a legitimate VAT claim denied. On top of that, the person I dealt with at the time — named Paul, who was responsible for accounting — was extremely rude, arrogant, and disrespectful throughout the process. I strongly advise all exporters to be cautious and to avoid buying from this auction. I will certainly not be returning

The auctions are well run and very professional. Mr. Ricky Wilson does a great job at coaching the best prices for the vendors, but is also realistic. A good place to go!

Total scam and waste of time. 1st car won at online auction. Got an email saying that it is provisional. Called first day to inquire told that it takes 2-3 days to get an answer. Second day was told the same. Third day, after pressing, was told that the car has some mysterious flag in the system and it was withdrawn from auction. Out of curiosity I have called the seller which was listed in the ad. They said that they are not withdrawing the cars. 2nd car won. Another online auction. This time I have got an email congratulating me and saying that they will be in touch for the payment. As this was not coming did call them the next day. Was passed on to somebody saying something about some website issues although myself I have been following until the auction ended and did not see anything wrong. Car was auctioned again at live auction the next day but it was "sold" at a higher price that I was willing to pay. Same car appeared again at the next online auction but again somebody "won" it at a much higher price that I was willing to pay for it. As of today the 14th of May 2025 the car is offered again at auction.
