Not one to normally leave reviews but have to commend the excellent service provided by Alan of Buckley Transport working on behalf of Wilsons Auctions. Clear communication and timely arrival to collect my car, also dropped back a personal belonging left in the car and most importantly managed to find my wife's wedding ring that was stuck underneath the compartment between the two front seats, presumed gone forever. We have been in business for 55 years, purchasing from auctions all across Europe — including well-known names like Euro Auctions and Ritchie Bros — and we have always had positive experiences. Unfortunately, this auction has been the exception. It was by far the most disappointing and frustrating experience I have ever had. They failed to process my VAT return correctly, despite me providing full shipping details and all required proof of export. This was the first time I have ever had a legitimate VAT claim denied. On top of that, the person I dealt with at the time — named Paul, who was responsible for accounting — was extremely rude, arrogant, and disrespectful throughout the process. I strongly advise all exporters to be cautious and to avoid buying from this auction. I will certainly not be returning
