NB: we delayed posting this to give sufficient time between purchasing the vehicle and any possible problems that may arise. We purchased our vehicle in July 2023. We had a very positive experience when purchasing our car from Westbrook Motors. We had been to several other car dealerships prior to Westbrook and while all will say and do anything to get you to buy a car from them; Mark and his team at Westbrook felt different. Despite us going there with a particular car in mind, our dealer (Mario) still took the time going through all the possible options that they had that according to our price and needs. They never pushed any agendas and allowed us to make our decision in our own time. When it came to the car we chose, they went out of their way to get all the paperwork that I had requested and made sure that the car was in the best condition prior to us picking it up. Mario even assisted us with getting the best insurer for the vehicle! Our car was fully serviced by their team and any necessary changes were made at no extra cost. We had a few minor issues after collecting the car, but Mario was easily contactable and addressed them immediately, even providing us with a replacement car for the weekend. We love our little car and couldn’t be more confident in the continued care of Mark, Mario and the team at Westbrook Motors. We will certainly be taking the car there for its regular services and will be recommending Westbrook to our friends and colleagues.
