I bought a car from Tom last October. I've bought lots of cars over the years both privately and from a few different dealers and the only reason I bought mine here was because it was exactly what I was looking for at a really good price. All car dealers are the same when you are buying but where you find out if they are a good seller is when there is a problem. About four days before the end of my warranty my car had a fairly major issue. I called Tom to tell him, expecting the usual excuses you get from a car dealer. Tom sent a truck to pick it up that day. Not only that but there was a loan car on that truck. He completely covered the repairs without any question and I had a car while it was being done. This is a rare car dealer who stands over what he sells and when the time comes to change I will 100% look here first.

Stay Cautious When Dealing With This Seller I purchased an Audi A6 C7 from this dealership for €24,000. While the car looked great at first glance, I soon started experiencing serious issues. The brakes were vibrating heavily right from the beginning. The dealer attempted to fix the problem several times (around 5–6 visits), but unfortunately, the issue remained unresolved. Additionally, one side of the car was damaged during a polishing job. When I brought it to their attention, they refused to take responsibility. Before purchasing, I specifically asked multiple times whether the car had ever been in an accident. I was assured that it had only minor cosmetic scratches. However, after a closer inspection from independent experts, I discovered the vehicle had been in a significant accident and was poorly repaired. As a result of that accident, several mechanical issues emerged: • Damaged front CV joints (clicking sounds when turning) • A steering rack that doesn’t function properly • Suspension components that were only minimally repaired — just enough to function during the warranty period Later, I experienced injector failure, resulting in repair costs exceeding €2,000. I also asked if the vehicle had ever suffered from flooding. The dealer strongly denied it in a very unprofessional manner. However, further inspection suggested there had been some water damage, although not officially recorded. The dealership was unresponsive after the sale and communication became increasingly difficult. In some cases, I received unprofessional replies instead of support. While the dealership did provide a few courtesy cars during service visits, many of those vehicles also showed clear signs of previous accidents. In summary, I would advise anyone considering a purchase here to be extremely cautious. If you’re still interested in buying a car from this dealer, I strongly recommend having the vehicle thoroughly inspected by an independent, certified mechanic or official dealer before proceeding. Pay special attention to hidden damage, signs of flooding, and suspension/steering components. My experience over the last two years has been very costly and frustrating. I hope this review helps others avoid similar situations.

Tom gave me an excellent trade in price for my car. The BMW 640d I bought off him was presented in excellent condition. I had two turbo pressure converters go in the car after 2 months. I live in Cork and there was no messing with Tom he got it sorted in Cork straight away, genuine bmw parts from local dealer. I would definitely buy again from him.

I went for an Evoque test drive, I liked the car and agreed the price he asked for. But there was plenty of repairs to be done on the car, like rust cleaning, service, front tyres etc. Eventhough there was bit things to be done on it, I agreed to buy it if all the works can be done before the delivery. He simply ignored by calls and msges after that. I understood he didnt like the way I checked the car and asked for the repairs to be done. Really bad service. I spend my all fay driving to dublin just for this. Such a waste of time. Guys check each and every point thoroughly before buying it. Be carefull guys.

Bought a 171 Merc from Tom in January, had a small problem with it in February and needed to get it fixed, Tom asked me to take it back to him, he had another car ready and waiting for me while he fixed mine. Excellent service and Tom is a pleasure to deal with. 10/10 for service. Thank you
