I recently purchased a car from T&C Motors and I'm so glad I did. I'm absolutely delighted with the car and can honestly the same about the service. Dealt with Ken (manager) who was v friendly and looked after me so well. Also have to say a big thank you to Caitlin on reception in particular as she went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. Great service would recommend.
I purchased a Peugeot 3008 from T&C Motors, expecting a reliable car and decent customer service, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I started experiencing persistent issues with the AdBlue system and an engine fault error after purchase. While the car was still under warranty, I brought it back multiple times with the same issue only to be told each time that it only needed a "software update "by john the service manager. After supposedly being “fixed,” the problem would return again and again and I was subsequently told the same repeated misleading and ill advised information by John the service manager . Wouldn't you know it , just a couple of weeks after my warranty expired, the same said faults appeared once again . I brought the car back yet again, to my suprise I was suddenly told by John the service manager that it now needed more than just a software update and it would require additional repairs . This time, since the car was out of warranty, they charged me several hundred euros to fix the same recurring issue that had been ongoing for several months. Then to discover the same issue was still occuring to this day after the so called repairs had been carried out at financial cost to me . Then it was suggested would I consider changing my car purchasing new model to address the faults that were never addressed. It’s clear to me that they delayed properly addressing the fault until the warranty ran out, leaving me to foot the bill. Had they correctly diagnosed and fixed the issue the first time, this wouldn’t have happened. Their handling of the situation has been extremely unprofessional, misleading, and disappointing. I expected better customer care and accountability, but instead, I feel let down and out of pocket. If you’re considering buying a car from T&C Motors, think twice—their after-sales service is not to be trusted. Update To whom it may concern, I am writing in response to the recent reply from TC Motors regarding the servicing history of my vehicle. The claim made is not only outrageous but entirely untrue. TC Motors has been the only garage where my car was serviced, and I have both payment receipts and bank statements to substantiate this fact. This false claim is yet another example of the ongoing mismanagement and dishonesty I have experienced throughout my dealings with TC Motors. Furthermore, I received what was described as a "courtesy call" last week, during which I was asked to consider removing my review and deleting a specific name from it. This approach feels less like courtesy and more like pressure and an attempt to silence honest feedback. At this stage, the conduct of your team borders on harassment. It is unacceptable to deflect blame and fabricate stories in an effort to cover up inadequate service and poor handling of my vehicle issues. I strongly suggest you cease the continued attempts to rewrite the facts. I will not be withdrawing my honest review, nor will I allow these tactics to go unchallenged.
I am extremely unhappy with the service I received at this dealership. I spent a significant amount of money purchasing my vehicle here, only to experience issues shortly after. When I brought the vehicle back for inspection, John in service dismissed my concerns . Frustrated, I took my vehicle to another dealership, where they quickly diagnosed the problems that were overlooked here. This experience has left me feeling misled and taken advantage of—absolute scam artists. . The after sales are extremely poor . Deserve s zero stars .I would strongly caution others before doing business here would not recommend at all .
Bought a car recently and experienced 5 star professional and friendly customer care from Sam in sales and Andrea Buisness Manager. This is my second peugeot to buy through T and C motors and had my 1st one serviced yearly in T and C too, I have always being welcomed with a smile and find all the staff an absolute pleasure. Thanks from a very happy customer 😀
Had my car serviced on Wednesday and the customer service was second to none. When I collected my car I was given a breakdown of everything that was done and it was explained to me in detail. The staff are brilliant to deal with the minute you walk in the door. Would highly recommend.
