Hi My Volvo Xc 40 was showing warning message “engine system reduced performance” on my dashboard and I was not able to drive properly; immediately I called Spirit Volvo where Bruno Pontes told me since I am doing all my service through spirit Volvo I am eligible for Volvo Assist and he asked to call Volvo assist where immediately Volvo towed my car to Spirit Volvo for repair; even they gave me a replacement car. After my car reached Spirit Volvo; Bruno Pontes was constantly calling me and updating me regarding the status of my car. Even though it was a busy week; they were able to repair my car on time delivered to me. Thank you spirit Volvo and thank you Bruno.
