I called into Spirit Volvo a number of months ago and I met Emmet. I wanted to trade in my car for an XC60.He promised to come back to me.I phoned for him twice and he never bothered to return my calls. I did a deal with another Volvo dealer and I picked up my new car last month. I wouldn't bother going back to Spirit Volvo at any stage.
