I am very disappointed with my recent service visit. My car, which I have carefully maintained for over a year to keep in near-new condition, was returned with a scratch on the inside of the driver’s door. I take great care to ensure my vehicle remains spotless and scratch-free, so it is extremely frustrating and upsetting to see damage caused during a service that should have protected my car.

These guys are the best service guys I have ever had! I was stranded with my Transit based Motorhome and the Ford Breakdown Team were useless. Fintan and his team took great care of me. They managed to fit me in, even though they were fully booked up for the next 4 weeks. Then Ford would only let them replace 2 out of the 4 fuel injectors. Fintan told me they would likely go, but they were not allowed to replace them unless they were actually gone, for which he apologized. And, sure enough the other 2 failed within a couple of miles. The Ford Breakdown Team were again more useless, but I was able to limp back to the workshop. Against all odds they made it work to fit me in a second time and replaced the other 2 fuel injectors and had me on my way. I wanted to give them a crate of Guiness to say thanks, but they wouldn't hear of it. They were just genuinely happy to get me on my way. If I lived in Dublin I would use these guys every single time without any hesitation; they love what they do, they do a 1st class job, and you can trust them 100% THANK YOU FINTAN AND EVERYONE AT SPIRIT FORD WEST DUBLIN!!!

Amazing. Jessica explained everything and we had a laugh about everything. Brian explained everything for my new EV car, set up my phone and linked everything together. Brilliant friendly staff. Definitely a calm atmosphere with all my questions answered 😁

The transaction was very smooth and since I take delivery of my new car I have been enjoying the car no issues
